The fishing for Chesapeake Bay striped bass (http://www.sawyercharters.com) right now is white hot! Over the last few days, we've been catching our legal limit of Maryland rockfish (http://www.marylandfishingcharters.net) everyday in less than an hour.

We've been catching our fish with live spot fish for bait, a technique that is more popularly known as live-lining. If you put that spot on a treble hook and toss it out, the stripers just can't resist it. The fish are all of a very healthy grade, ranging between 20 and 32 inches in length.

We have plenty of available dates for Chesapeake Bay fishing charters (http://www.sawyercharters.com), if you would like to try your hand at this type of fishing. We expect this fishing to remain very good for the foreseeable future.
