Lake Moomaw

I just sent this to Andy but thought someone else might find it helpful-
Lake Moomaw has a daily recording which gives lake level etc.

The level is now at full pool which is 1582 ft but is also probably frozen- They draw it down in the fall (December was 1562) but sometimes it can get really low- When the level is 1560 or lower, there can be problems getting a boat in and out- If you plan to go after August 15, call that number to verify lake level-

Thanks a lot, I've always wanted to know before I go. When the lake is at full pool I like bolar flats campground number two. When it's low, number one works better for parking the boat. Andy
