Palomar knot, double uni-knot and Trilene knot
What is your most used knot? Me, I use the Trilene knot and I use Vanish fluorocarbon exclusively except with topwater and deep diving cranks and then I'll use braid for both with the same Trilene knot.

Wayne,
I use the trilene know on mono and fluorocarbon and the palomar knot on braid. I had trouble with the trilene knot slipping with braid.

I use a palomar for my terminal knot, but I fish a lot of braid to flouro leaders. I use a surgeon's knot to join my flouro to my braid.
As a wise squad leader of mine once told me, when there is no approved knot for the job you're doing, half-hitch until you run out of rope.
Clinch knots here. I'm lazy. For braid, I'll double up on the clinch knot. I've found the knot never fails on me if I test it before hand. I'll take the line in one hand and the lure or hook in the other and pull hard. If it doesn't pop free there, it should be good with the drag set appropriately.

The old reliable fisherman's knot, If I'm tieing braid to mono I use blood knot
