    Default New Kayaks

This is my first thread in the kayak section of the forum, but hopefully it won't be the last. For Christmas this year I got 4 kayaks for the family. I know they aren't Wilderness or Jackson kayaks, but buying 4 at a time limits the budget. I got two Perception Swifty 9.5's, an Ascend D10T, and an Ascend FS12T. Hopefully the open deck on the Ascends will accommodate my 80lb lab.

We borrowed a couple of kayaks for a camping trip on the Shenandoah last summer and the whole family had a blast in them. I'm looking forward to more float trips on the river this year.

Nice Andy. They look to be nice and wide for stability.

Sweet. I'm ready to get myself and family some Yaks as well after our trip to Maine this past Summer. The wife and kids really enjoyed the ones that were there

Would love to hear your feedback on them, and also how/why you came to decisions you did.

Shoot me a PM if you don't mind.
