Default Electric motor only tounament central Virginia area

I'm looking to start a series of tournaments on small bodys of water or eletric lakes only. I'm willing to organize and direct the tournaments but would love to have someone willing to help me along the way. I have some general ideas of the tournament structure but definitely welcome any advice. Heres my ideas.

5 fish total weight per boat
    2 person team per boat.
At least one camera to verify pictures of catch
Some type of scale preferably digital
    Artificial bait only
Electric motor only with 2 trolling motor limit on boat ( No high speed resovoir runner motors)
    Draw numbers for start portion
    First and second place payout
All money collected before start of tournament
Biggest fish chance is optional per angler

That's just some general ideas. Of course it really only works if all fisherman have true sportsman ethics and respect and honor all rules.

Please contact me if your interested in participating in the tournaments. Thanks Anglers!

Possible first tournament 3 Sat of march

What bodies of water are we talking about?
Our (VAO) standard rules are posted below and also a couple of links to how we run them. Of course, use your own rules and regs...these are just some suggested guidelines.

Careful doing any of these on VDGIF owned lakes. They fringe on 'tourneys' of any kind on their impoundments.

Some of the smaller impoundments (such as Briery Creek) it is illegal to have "fishing tournaments involving prizes".
