Default More new Humminbird units announced

Lastest and greatest so far is the Helix 9, 10, and 12 models with Mega Imaging using 1200 kHz in single frequency or its CHIRP range.
    They are the G2N models.
A couple of examples with SI:

The G2N Mega units have a dedicated Down Imaging crystal in the SI transducer like the ONIX does.
A DI image using 1200 kHz:

Wayne I have a few questions.. I have a Helix 10 SI Gen 1 (bought last year). I just bought another boat and planned on putting that at the console and buying another Helix 10 DI to put on TM with the hopes of one day adding the 360 imaging on the TM. Now with the Gen II out, would I be better off to put the Gen I on the TM and buy a Gen II for console? Is it that much better for SI? Hope this makes sense. Thanks for your help.

If the screen shots above don't convince you, I can't.

I don't use Down Imaging at all for fishing so all my units are Side Imaging (5) and I have the 360 also.
I have had two DI units and gave both of them away, not enough coverage for me.

There will be a replacement for the ONIX also named SOLIX. It will have MEGA SI also in 12" and 15" display models.
    Due out in March.

Wayne, so when is the 360 going to support these frequency ranges and do chirping? Any ideas or inside information you can share?
    cheers,
