    Default Briery

Got down to Briery a few weekends ago...first time ever being to the place but def an interesting place...I could see going down there a little more often....fishing was tough and I only managed to catch one but it was a pretty decent one...missed a few others on top water but that is the way it goes...water was low 70's if I remember correctly...

tried to upload pic but says I exceeded my quota....blah

It is a interesting place. A little overwhelming at first.. with your boat constantly bouncing of the trees. Hope the Triton is still running good (you bought it from me). I will try and catch up with you guys this winter on the Hotside.

    I was there Sunday 10/22.
    Water temp about 72.
Water level near 3' below normal.
Heavy stain and algae from turn-over.
    Fish very scattered.

Hooked and lost four very large ones (tough to get out of the laydown timber), only landed 26.

Biggest bass I've ever had on was at Briery, although several years ago. I guess her at 12lbs, but she got the best of me after a long fight. I havn't been down there is several years, I should put it on the list.
