    Default Brisket on the smoker.

When it gets to 165 degrees I'll wrap it in aluminum foil, add a cup of coffee, let it tenderize for an hour and eat it.

Hard to beat good brisket on the smoker! I usually foil it around 165 and let it cook until it gets to 195-200.

Never tried adding coffee, but my mom used to add coffee to a roast in the crock pot.

Looks good. My family and I camp a lot and have been doing small personal pizza's in the dutch oven over the campfire this year. Took some practice, but there is nothing like a wood fired pizza.
