    Default Chesapeake bay License

Seems like back in the day( 90's) when I fished the upper bay out of Maryland you had to have a license for the boat to be able to fish the bay. I plan on fishing the lower bay near VA Beach saturday and I have the Virginia coastal License so my question is do I need a another license for my kayak since I will be on it?????

No as long as you have a saltwater license for yourself you are good. The boat license covers all that fish the boat so that they don't have to buy a separate license

We are told that we shouldn't judge all Muslims by the actions of an extreme few. Why can't we offer millions of law-abiding American gun owners the same consideration?
