Who is ready for dove season? I havent been able to get out much the past few years, but looks like I'll be on a field opening day. Super excited to bust some birds with my son.

Hello! Do you know of anywhere in the Newport News or VA beach area? I usually go to Chickahominy or Ware creek WMA. I’d also like to get some practice, if you know any places I can go skeet shooting. But I’m very excited, I love shooting dove and they taste amazing!! I’ll be going on opening Day, to Ware creek. That’s my plan at least haha.

There is a place near Providence Forge call Old Forge Sporting Clays that you can shoot. It just off Route 60 West of Prov Forge. Lots of fun! Shouldn't be too awful far from where you are.Originally Posted by Antonio

How far is those areas from Virginia Beach and are they very crowded?
I am ready for Dove Hunting. I am in Chantilly in VA near Dulles Airport. Any body interested in Dove Hunting from this location. I have car and I can drive about an hour or so if i have accompany!
